Welcome to Rosestones, where our passion has been shelties since 1999. Our breeding philosophy is quite simply the versatile sheltie. In my opinion, this means form and function go hand in hand. Rosestones shelties can be found successfully competing in the following venues: conformation, agility, obedience, and rally. The goal at Rosestones shelties is a perfect blend of structure, brains, temperament, and beauty. When all of the above fall together, the perfect dog has passed all health tests appropriate for the breed.
Rosestones shelties follows the Guidlines for Ethical Behavior as set out by our parent club, the ASSA. Rosestones shetland sheepdogs is the proud breeder and owner of the fifth sheltie to have a CHIC number. Our Grace, passed her OFA hips, CERF, von Willebrand’s disease, and MDR1 tests with a bonus of also passing her OFA elbows. This is an indication of how strongly we value health. |
